The readiness check computes an indicative scope verdict from the inputs you provide, applying Reg. (EU) 2023/1542 (Art. 77, Art. 38 and Annex XIII) as published. It does not certify compliance, does not constitute legal advice and does not create a professional relationship. For decisions with legal or financial consequences, consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.
